Puegnago del Garda – Residence Manuela – Garda Valtenesi

The residence, at the border of Puegnago del Garda, is an oasis of peace and quiet. Among vines and olive trees, with a wonderful lake view, it is a residence with only 9 apartments.

The residence shows up with its large common spaces. On the several large terraces you find comfortable sitting places, beach lounges, wicker armchairs and parasols. A large covered terrace with comfortable armchairs and beach lounges is inviting after the swimming pool.

The big residence is wholly fenced in. In the pool area there are many chairs and parasols. The pool is wide, sunny and surrounded by vines. A beautiful garden with shared barbecue is at disposal, beside a small preserve. Bikes and motorbikes can be rented nearby. Cars can be safely parked inside the courtyard. Your own bikes and sport equipment can be stored inside.

The apartments. 8 two-rooms apartments with 1 bed room (with double bed or 2 single beds on demand), wardrobe, night tables. In the living room there are: a double-bed sofa for 2 people (each apartment is for max 4 people); TV, Internet. The kitchen is wholly equipped with electric cooker, micro wave, refrigerator, pots and pans, table and 4 chairs. The bathroom has got WC, bidet and shower. The first floor apartments have got balcony, the ground floor ones have got a private terrace. Both balconies and terraces are furnished with table and chairs.

The last apartment (the n. 5) is a studio with kitchen area and bathroom, for max. 2 people.

All the apartments have central heating and can be rented all the year round.

On demand and at fee there is breakfast service in the small coffee house of the residence, where you find local specialties, too.

The residence is placed at the border of the village, but you can easily reach the centre on foot from here. Here you find a small food shop, a greengrocer’s, coffee houses and a news-stand.

Several restaurants are nearby - in this case a car or a bike would be better, than on foot; the same for your beach days.

Puegnago is placed in a good position - in a few minutes you reach both Salò and Desenzano. The towns Brescia and Verona are easily reachable. The district of Valtenesi, where Puegnago is placed, is well known for its beautiful and winding cycling lanes and walking tracks and for its picturesque and romantic villages. Here both active people and culture lovers find their place.

Costs for stream/heating/gas from 17.10 till 27.03 upon usage (counters). In other periods they are included.

Tourist tax, if requested, must be paid cash in loco.
