CASA ANTICO BORGO PRABIÙ

Welcome to the historical village of Prabione,

one of the 6 hamlets of the municipality of Tignale, situated in the middle of the Alto Garda Bresciano Natural Park.

You will always be surrounded by a surprising and fascinating environment, whatever activity you choose during your stay in Tignale.

The small medieval village of Prabione is located about 2 kilometers from the main town of Gardola. Here, nestled in the historic village center is our CASA ANTICO BORGO PRABIÙ a completely renovated, about 400 years old village house with 4 apartments and a romantic little garden and 4 car parking spaces directly at the house.

At present 2 apartments are available for rent to our guests.

FIRST FLOOR - APARTMENT CASALIVA

2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, living room with comfortable couch, armchair, dining table and comfortable chairs, adjoining kitchen, very well equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas stove, WC - terrace place with table and chairs - CASALIVA offers place for max. 4 persons and 1 child - an occupancy with 4 persons is optimal.

UPPER FLOOR - APARTMENT HEGOS

Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, bedroom with 1 bed, sleeping gallery with double bed and bed-couch 1,5 places, 1 shower with WC, 1 WC, living room with balcony, couch, dining table, kitchen - very well equipped with dishwasher, stove, 4 burners (gas), oven, large refrigerator with freezer.

HEGOS can accommodate a total of 4 - 5 adults and 2-3 children.

Both apartments can be rented together and due to the large number of bathrooms offer optimal accommodation for sports groups or 4-5 couples as a group vacation.

The apartments are well equipped, have Wi-Fi and smart TV, the kitchens are sufficiently stocked with dishes, kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and more. Are available.

The apartments are handed over to the guest complete with bed linen.

A ground level patio with table and 6 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and the garden above with tables and chairs and sun loungers are available for common use by the guests of the house.

The public swimming pool of Prabione, with bar, soccer field, tennis courts, volleyball court, as well as a very large playground is just a few minutes walk from the house and can be used free of charge by our guests with the Tignale Card:

Open from June 11 to September 8 from 11 am to 7 pm. The pool bar is open from 8.30 to 19.00. There is also a very large free parking lot here.

Flying Frogs climbing park

The adventure - high ropes course offers all ages from 3 years under the supervision of experienced staff and the most modern safety systems to test his own limits and overcome. The beautiful, natural area in which the climbing park is located invites you to linger. Shady places under old trees and picnic areas are available.

The port of Tignale is only a few kilometers from the plateau and can be reached by the daily shuttle bus, or by walking along a path on the edge of the cliff. It is also called 'Hunger Meadow' (in dialect 'Pra dela Fam'). Once at the port, you can relax in peace along the extensive beach (part of it is also open to dogs). There is a beach bar and a surf school and boat rental.
At the harbor you can visit the 'Lemon House Pra dela Fam' (free with Tignale Card) a still operating Limonaia where also vividly described the history of lemon cultivation on Lake Garda.

Leave your car - in the village there is a small bar with a small food market and small osteria, here you can order fresh bread daily and a very good restaurant with a beautiful garden. The main town GARDOLA is only about 2 kilometers away, you can also get there by a continuous footpath from Prabione, but there is also the regular bus.

In Gardola you will find numerous cozy cafes and restaurants, as well as all the stores to cover your daily needs. During the summer months there are changing events, markets, exhibitions and much more.

The Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park stretches from the municipality of Salò to Limone sul Garda and reaches from the shores of Lake Garda far into the mountains of Valvestino.

With steep cliffs, wide terraces and plateaus, panoramic roads and trails that wind through the valley bottoms, mountains, forests and inland villages, as well as enchanting shoreline landscapes, inviting beaches and fashionable towns along the Garda coast, the Parco Alto Garda Bresciano is one of the most beautiful landscapes that nature has created.

Due to the differences in altitude - from sea level up to about 1976 m - fauna and vegetation are very different, from Mediterranean vegetation in the shore area to the typical mountain landscape.
