Welcome to the historic village of Prabione,

one of a total of 6 hamlets in the municipality of Tignale, situated in the middle of the Alto Garda Bresciano Natural Park.

You will always be surrounded by surprising and fascinating surroundings, whatever activity you choose during your stay in Tignale.

The small medieval village of Prabione is about 2 kilometres from the main town of Gardola. Here, nestled in the historic centre of the village is our CASA ANTICO BORGO PRABIÙ a lovingly renovated medieval village house with 4 flats and a romantic little garden and 4 car parking spaces directly at the house.

At the moment there are 2 flats available for rent to our guests.

GROUND FLOOR - FLAT CASALIVA

2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, living room with double sofa bed, adjoining kitchen, WC - terrace area with table and chairs - CASALIVA offers space for max. 4 persons + infant - occupancy with 4 persons is optimal.

UPPER FLOOR - FLAT HEGOS

Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, bedroom with 1 bed, sleeping gallery with double bed and bed-settee 1.5 places, 1 shower with WC, 1 WC, living room with balcony, kitchen.

HEGOS offers space for a total of 4 adults and 2-3 children.

Both flats can be rented together and offer, due to the large number of bathrooms, an optimal accommodation for sports groups or 4-5 couples as a group holiday.

The flats are well-equipped, have Wi-Fi and Smart TV, the kitchens are sufficiently stocked with crockery, kitchen appliances such as coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooker and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and much more are available.

The flats are handed over to the guest complete with bed linen.

A ground-level outdoor seating area with table and 6 chairs, 2 sunshades, as well as the garden above with tables and chairs and sun loungers are available for common use by the guests of the house.

The public swimming pool of Prabione, with bar, football pitch, tennis courts, volleyball court, as well as a very large playground is only a few minutes walk from the house and can be used free of charge by our guests with the Tignale Card:

Open from 11 June to 8 September from 11am to 7pm. The pool bar is open from 8.30 to 19.00. There is also a very large free car park here.

Flying Frogs Climbing Park

The adventure high ropes course offers all age groups from 3 years upwards the opportunity to test and overcome their own limits under the supervision of experienced staff and the most modern safety systems. The beautiful, natural area in which the climbing park is located invites you to linger. Shady spots under old trees and picnic areas are available.

Our dog friends are welcome.

The harbour of Tignale is only a few kilometres away from the plateau and can be reached by the daily shuttle bus, or by a footpath along the edge of the cliff. It is also called 'Hunger Meadow' (in dialect 'Pra dela Fam'). Once at the harbour, you can relax at leisure along the extensive beach (part of which is also open to dogs). There is a beach bar and a surf school and boat hire.
At the harbour you can visit the 'Pra dela Fam' lemon house (free with the Tignale Card), a limonaia that is still in operation and where the history of lemon cultivation on Lake Garda is clearly described.

Leave your car in the village - there is a small bar with a small food market and a small osteria, where you can order fresh bread every day, and a very good restaurant with a beautiful garden. The main town of GARDOLA is only about 2 kilometres away, you can also get there via a continuous footpath from Prabione, but there is also a regular bus service.

In Gardola you will find numerous cosy cafés and restaurants as well as all the shops you need for your daily needs. During the summer months there are changing events, markets, exhibitions and much more.

The Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park stretches from the municipality of Salò to Limone sul Garda and reaches from the shores of Lake Garda far into the mountains of the Valvestino.

With steep cliffs, wide terraces and plateaus, panoramic roads and footpaths winding through the valley bottoms, mountains, forests and inland villages, as well as enchanting lakeside landscapes, inviting beaches and fashionable towns along the Garda coast, the Parco Alto Garda Bresciano is one of the most beautiful landscapes that nature has created.

Due to the differences in altitude - from sea level to about 1976 m - fauna and vegetation are very different, from Mediterranean vegetation in the shore area to typical mountain landscape.
