The historic “Villa Giulia” is placed in Gardone Riviera, in picturesque position, directly on the coast, near the well known “Grand Hotel Fasano”, of historical relevance, and the “Villa Principe”. The private beach of Villa Giulia is just aside.

The apartment “Stella del lago” is on the first floor of the villa and has got a terrace with a postcard panorama - the white marquise outside can cover the whole terrace and gives the guest pleasant shadow even under the hottest summer sun.

The apartment is large. On the first floor there is a living room with fireplace and a parlor with TV Sat; just beside there is the kitchen area, wholly equipped - dish washer, oven and appropriate pots and pans. There is one first bedroom with double bed and wardrobe; a second bedroom has got double bed and an additional single bed. There are 5 beds in all. Other 5 beds are on the second floor in the 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and the other with 3 single beds. There is also a second cozy living room with dining table and small kitchenette, a sofa with 2 armchairs. The bathrooms with shower and WC are both modern and classic.

The apartment has got a parking lot in the garage - other cars can be parked, on demand, inside the courtyard.

The villa is placed in ideal position directly on the shore, a bit outside Gardone - excellent restaurants are reachable on foot. At the near “Grand Hotel Fasano” there is a wellness centre with many treatments during the cold season, on demand an at special offer.

In the hamlet of Gardone Sopra - with its romantic windy alleys - there is much to discover, starting from the excellent restaurants to the small food shops, which sell the typical products of the area. In the hamlet of Gardone Sotto there is the entrance of the Botanic Garden, the wonderful garden “André Heller” , which you can reach on foot or few minutes by car. Along the splendid promenade there are several restaurants, bars and coffee houses, small hidden beaches and also a very big beach resort with tennis courts, beach volley fields and a sandy beach: the “parco Rimbalzello” with its adventure park (www.rimbalzello.com/spiaggia).
