The cozy apartment with approx. 70 sqm is located on the edge (above) the historic mountain village of Piovere with a view of the mountains, with a distant view over the lake and the mighty mountain massif of Monte Baldo. The apartment has a large terrace from which you can enjoy the fantastic view over the lake to the Monte Baldo massif during your stay.

High-quality sun loungers and terrace furniture are at your disposal.

Below the building with 4 apartments, which are laid out in terraces, you will find the parking lot assigned to the apartment (no. 10). Nearby (150 m) there is a pizzeria and a swimming pool and tennis court, which belongs to the Hotel Al Poggio and can be visited for a fee or you can use the free shuttle bus service to the Tignale beach 'Pra della Fam' on the lake.

Piovere is an excellent starting point for hiking (e.g. waterfalls approx. 25 min.)

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x parents with double bed and 1 x child with single bed (2nd bed can be pulled out) and has a capacity of 4 - 5 people (max. 4 adults) as there is also a sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment with its own entrance is very well maintained and has been furnished with great taste. Living room with integrated and fully equipped kitchen and optical separation to the living room. Bathroom with shower (daylight), terrace with distant view approx. 30 m large.

Fly screens on the window doors, movable air conditioning unit available.

2 TV sets with SAT reception, music system, new sofa bed, WLAN, open fireplace. The living room and the large bedroom have direct access to the terrace where you can experience the summery feeling of freedom from the couch or the bed with open doors.

The modern equipment in the kitchen includes a stove (both gas and electric with oven).
2 coffee machines, pads and filters, toaster, microwave, large fridge-freezer, well equipped with crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils.

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, WC and bidet.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

There is a restaurant and a small grocery store with café in the immediate vicinity. In the main town of Gardola - approx. 2.5 kilometers away - you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and a fresh produce market. The apartment is provided complete with bed linen. Please bring your own towels.
