One free parking space is available directly in front of the house. Please note that the property is located in the heart of the historic center of Prabione, where access roads are narrower; this is particularly important for guests traveling with larger vehicles. However, a free public parking area is available nearby.

The public swimming pool of Prabione, featuring a bar, football pitch, volleyball court, and a large playground, is located just a few minutes’ walk from the house and is free of charge for our guests with the Tignale Card.

The apartment is provided to guests including bed linen (included service).

Towels can be supplied on request and for an additional fee; advance reservation is required.

Upon arrival, guests will receive the Tignale Card, which offers numerous benefits during the stay, including free shuttle bus service to the beach and harbor of Tignale (April–October), guided hikes and themed walks in the surrounding area, discounts on many bookable activities, as well as special offers at selected restaurants and shops, and much more.

Pets are welcome; additional fees may apply. Medical assistance dogs are admitted free of charge.

Upon request, a mid-stay cleaning service can be arranged.

Guests are required to provide a security deposit of €200.00, secured via a valid credit card.

A local tourist tax is payable, currently €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over.

From May 15th to October 15th, the costs for electricity, gas, and water are included in the rental price. Outside this period, these costs will be charged separately based on actual consumption (individual meter) and length of stay.

A baby cot and high chair are available and can be provided on request.
