The holiday apartment complex and the location of the holiday resort offer you a wide range of possibilities - motorbike, cycling and hiking enthusiasts, but also all water sports enthusiasts and friends of the air and rock climbing will get their money's worth. Your own valuable sports equipment can be safely stored in a lockable room.
The residence is in a very quiet location, only a few steps away from the centre of the village with shopping facilities, very good restaurants and bars, so you can leave your car at home. In summer, a free shuttle bus runs regularly to the lake. At the harbour of Tignale - PRA DELLA FAM there is a public bathing beach, a small yacht harbour, a kite surf school and a bar and hotel with restaurant.
The flat has a bedroom with double bed, new bathroom with shower and WC, 2nd bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, living room with double sofa bed and large dining table and chairs, separate kitchen, fully equipped with large fridge and freezer. Bedroom 2 with double bed and additional bunk bed. The flat is located on the 1st floor. The flat can be used for max. 8 persons. SAT-TV and the free WLAN provide entertainment. On cooler days, a modern central heating system is also available.
The Mediterranean-style holiday residence has a large outdoor swimming pool with free sunbeds, parasols, tennis court, football pitch, children's playground, large sun terrace and park, garden chess, games room with table tennis, table football and darts, coin-operated washing machine.
Note: Some of the facilities are only available during the summer season or other times. The flat can be booked all year round.
The municipality of Tignale offers its guests additional activities for their holiday, including numerous guided hikes and mountain bike excursions to interesting places in the surrounding area. Regional products are offered at several markets and festivals. In a recently completed Adventure Park, young and old can indulge in additional challenges.

TIGNALE - UNIQUE AND UNFORGETTABLE
Thanks to its privileged position - situated on a plateau between Campione and Gargnano on the western shore of Lake Garda - with a view of the entire lake and the magnificent mountain massif of Monte Baldo opposite, Tignale is considered one of the most fascinating places on Lake Garda.  Medieval alleys and churches of art-historical relevance in between cosy hotels, cafés and restaurants. The numerous small shops cover the supply of the municipality with high quality.
The municipal area stretches from the lake up to the mountain peaks above the village and thus offers an extraordinarily varied landscape - ideal for all kinds of outdoor sports.
Tignale is versatile and always gives rise to new and enchanting scenarios. From the rugged landscape of the gorge of the torrent S. Michele, to the olive-covered mountain terraces between Piovere and Oldesio, vast pastures with eastern trees, dense woods, wide valleys and steep cliffs, to the lake with its small fishing port and the historic lemon garden Prà del la Fam, which has been preserved and is now a museum illustrating the different phases of the ancient cultivation of lemons.
Between sky and lake
- Between gnarled olive trees and ancient holm oaks, the very well-maintained panoramic road leads to Tignale - a group of several small villages, the centre of which is GARDOLA.  Situated in the middle of the 'Alto Garda Bresciano' nature park, one of the most beautiful landscapes on Lake Garda.  Steep cliffs, wide terraces, panoramic roads, hiking trails that wind inland through valleys, mountains, woods and isolated villages.
Lake Garda offers a variety of options for lovers of water sports. Numerous sailing schools introduce children and adults to the world of this wonderful sport. For motorboat lovers, there are shipyards and moorings in nearby Gargnano.
The fauna - the world of marmots and chamois ...
Roe deer, stags, ibexes, golden eagles, squirrels, marmots and chamois are just some of the numerous animal species that populate the mountain world around Tignale. Discover them on hikes through the nature park.
The flora rare flowers of seductive fragrance
The climatic characteristics and the geological make-up of the area surrounding Tignale have produced a luxuriant vegetation, typically sub-Mediterranean. Holm oaks, spruces, firs, beeches, hornbeams, oaks, cypresses, olives, magnolias, cedars, lemons, capers and palms...A kind of eternal spring that regenerates body and mind.
Sports in Tignale
In addition to water sports, you will find here an Eldorado of mountain biking and cycling. If you like to conquer the mountain world by mountain bike, Tignale offers you an immense choice of more or less difficult or technically demanding paths. The landscape is extraordinarily varied, as the area stretches from the lake to an altitude of 1900 metres above sea level. Cima Piemp, Passo Puria, Passo Fobia, Passo D'Ere, Bocca Paolone are just some of the destinations worth discovering.
Olive oil
Hardly any dish is prepared here without olive oil. Therefore, the olive growers here pay great attention to the quality of the oil. The olives from Tignale traditionally come from 100% organic cultivation. The ancient Romans already planted olives in this microclimate and extracted oil from them. Today, the fruit is still harvested by hand as in the past, but cold pressed directly in a modern plant without storage. The oil from Tignale has an extremely low acidity. The balanced taste and velvety fragrance of olive oil is ideal for both fish and meat.
Truffles
In addition to the crusted truffle, Tignale is also home to the excellent black Périgord truffle, the summer truffle and, with a bit of luck, the Burgundy truffle.  A real experience for gourmets Tignale dedicates the first week of October to this event every year.
