The house is new with smart furniture and good equipment. The holiday home (a portion of the whole house) has got a large terrace with charming lake view, furnished with a smart glass table and chairs, marquise, sun beds and a private garden, with table and chairs too. A few steps from the house there is a private barbecue set, with fireplace, table, chairs and sun beds. You have a wonderful lake view from here, too.

In the large living room you can enjoy the comfortable sofa (double bed), the new flat screen TV Sat with internet connection. There is a large fireplace here, too, where you can have barbecue. The beautiful kitchen has got dish washer, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. a large table with 6 chairs.

2 Bedrooms with large double beds, windows and shutters and a balcony with  dream lake view. One large bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and wash basin is upstairs. Another bathroom is on the ground floor and has got a washing machine too. In the corridor there is a large wardrobe.

A large garage is placed directly beside the house, where you can store also bikes and sport equipment. In the estate there are also other parking lots.

Gardone Riviera is placed on the west coast of Lake Garda, between Salò and Toscolano-Maderno. The well groomed and very lively town, with its ca. 2700 inhabitants, is placed in picturesque position between the coast and the mountain, with a dream lake view, along the Riviera dei Limoni, Lemon coast.

Gardone is divided into 2 parts, Gardone sotto and Gardone sopra - as they are called from the natives Upper and Below. The below part is the more charming part with many known hotels such as the Savoy or the Grand Hotel, where Winston Churchill stayed and many famous writers wrote their works. The upper part is the rural one, inside wide olive groves, with many narrow and windy alleys and streets.
 
The 2 parts are tied together by the botanical garden - a garden with many species from the whole world, which grow up side by side. Edelweiss among orchids, high palm trees beside pomegranates. Brooks and waterfalls, pools with carps, trouts and the sparkle of the dragonflies; peaks of dolomite beside cactuses and ivy towers. Sculptures from India and Morocco in harmony with works of Roy Lichtenstein, Susanne Schmögner, Mimmo Paladino and Keith Haring.

The upper part shows uphill with some small hamlets in picturesque position and narrows, windy alleys, which are worthwhile a visit.

One of these hamlets is San Michele - the Villino Pierangela is placed a bit under San Michele towards Gardone Sopra. The hamlet San Michele is easily reachable on foot and you find here restaurants and small shops.

The thermal and treatment town Gardone Riviera can be called “Garden” , as you find here a fertile flora , with many typical trees from the lake Garda, others from middle Europe and south Italy together with sub tropical ones. The coast of Gardone Riviera is an uninterrupted series of wonderful parks, gardens and ancient villas, and attracts here visitors from the whole world already from the end of the 19th century, who came here to find elegynce, charme and relax for the soul and the body. Still nowadays Gardone is well known for its pleasant micro climate, its fertile nature, its smart ambience and
evocative promenade, but also for its rich summer shows, with concerts and cultural events. The Vittoriale degli italiani was the house of the italian poet Gabriele D’Annunzio and is nowadays a large museum with a surface of ca 9 hectares, where many concerts take place in summer months.
